====== Pre-School Visit the Smokery April 2010 ======

Pre-School children visit Brown & Forrest's Smokery at Hambridge, learning how the fish chicken and cheese are smoked either hot smoked or cold smoked.  The children saw and handled Salmon Artic Char and Eel, and learnt about St. Peter's thumb print on Haddock.

Everyone enjoyed the tasting session of salmon, haddock, chicken and sausage before rejoining parents who had been waiting in the restaurant no doubt enjoying a coffee, Jesse Pattisson then spoilt the children with lovely chocolate brownie.
